Martin Luther King Jr. knew a lot about perseverance. Despite what was happening around him; despite what others said or believed, he persevered. He believed in himself. He believed in his mission, which – at the core – was based on love, fairness, compassion and peace.

While we all struggle with Covid, as well as this horrific period of our Nation’s history; while many of us have been damaged either financially, physically, emotionally or mentally, we will get through this if we come together, work together, and be here for one another. We must keep moving forward.

It may not be easy, but if we can’t fly, we walk and then – if need be – we crawl. But we will get there – to a place of oneness, calm, healing and peace.
