Time Management: What You’re Really Saying When You Say, “I’m So Busy!”

When You Say, I'm So Busy - and other lack of time management excuses

Remember that everyone is “busy,” has things to do and responsibilities. When a person has to stop what he or she is doing and follow up with someone who didn’t do what he or she said they would do,that means taking more time out of their day to deal with someone who has a hard time keeping promises, can’t prioritize and/or lacks basic time management skills.

Don’t say, “I’m so busy,” “I got so busy” or some other lame excuse. Admit you screwed up, apologize and do the task NOW!
