Rarely do I post something about myself, but I will this time. Completed my nutritional studies from eCornell, which is the online division of Cornell University. The course is part of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Obviously, you learn about nutrition and the body, but you also learn why plant based nutrition is more effective, efficient and healthier than the SAD – Standard American Diet – aka meat and dairy.
As you may know, I lost over 80 pounds, do cross fit and can out work out most people half my age – 58. I credit my vegan, plant based lifestyle – and discipline and hard work – to that level of fitness.
